Other fan favorites of the generation included Cutiefly, Rockruff, Cosmog, Bewear, Morelull, Palossand, and Pyukumuku.Īn important change that Sun and Moon introduced that Sword and Shieldkept was getting rid of HM moves. Mimikyu is now one of the most popular Pokemon of all time, and the starter Pokemon had some of the best designs compared to X and Y and Sword and Shield. Outside of region variants, the new Pokemon introduced in the game are beloved by the fan community. Due to how successful it was, this is a design choice that seems to be planned to continue in all future Pokemon regions, with a new variant of Zorua recently announced for Pokemon Legends: Arceus serving as proof. Sun and Moon introduced one of the most popular new trends of all in recent Pokemon games, and that is the region-variants, many of which were hits such as Alolan Ninetails, Alolan Exeggutor, and Alolan Raichu.

Many listed Alola as one of their top favorite regions of all, and some did note that part of that fondess was for the introduction of regional variants. On Reddit, many fans noted that Alola felt very cozy and the way islands were groups gave it biodiversity and diversity of people that felt richer than previous games. Please don't let that money go to waste. In terms of the region alone, Alola was a winner for its close relationship to nature and its Hawaiian-inspired culture. We've bought store copies of all these Trainer Kits, that we'll never play in the real world, just to collect for the Online game. It's a small matter, I know, but as a collector, I really don't see any positive reason to get rid of more Set Completion stats. This is the only Trainer Kit with this problem.

I apologize if this bug continues to be an annoyance.Ī bug that "Won't Fix?" Any chance, whoever the Test Engineer is, he/she could look again with a fresh pair of eyes? It happened simultaneously, being the first release after they "stacked" all of the individual Energy cards. The bug report you mentioned was closed out in the system as Won't Fix because in a future release we're planning to remove all of the Trainer Kits "sets" from the list of sets that are tracked for Set Completion stats. You can also submit a Support ticket using the link from my signature. We'll pass it on to our developers for investigation. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. When you hover over a set, it says, "Rare Secret cards do not count toward set completion." Shouldn't that text box say, "Secret Rare cards.?" On a side note, a small wording problem is present on the Collection Stats page. And this bug, not registering all 60 cards, is a likely problem. Why does this matter? We're trying to determine why the statistic, Different Cards Owned, can vary with a couple players. But the Collection Stats don't recognize it as complete, or show the set symbols. I've looked in both our collections (mine & my son), and verified the 60 card count. "Set Nearest to Completion: Sun & Moon Trainer Kit - Alolan Raichu" If you have all 60 cards, and got this Trainer Kit through a store purchase (code card), it still shows as Set Nearest to Completion (provided you have the other sets complete).

But it was removed, mistakenly, because the problem still persists. This bug was reported several months ago, and for a couple cycles, was in the Known Issues list.
